Tier 1 Design & Staging Package	This is for occupied homes that have all the main furniture pieces supplied, but require help pulling everything together for showings Hands-on styling & staging for 3 - 5 main rooms of home, including bathrooms, using as much of client's own pieces as possible according to design plan Additional accessories are available for rental for 60 days @ $100/room Additional decluttering & storage packages available*	Starting at $395
Tier 2 Design & Staging Package	This is for partially vacant homes that have some main furniture pieces supplied, but require additional key pieces, including first month's rental Hands-on styling & staging for 3 - 5 main rooms of home, including bathrooms Additional hourly charge for larger homes or extra rooms ($250/hour) Additional decluttering & storage packages available*	Starting at $1500
Tier 3 Design & Staging Package	This is for vacant homes that require complete furnishing and design services, includes first month's rental Hands-on styling & staging for 3 - 5 main rooms of home, including bathrooms Additional rooms: $950/room Additional decluttering and storage packages available*	Starting at $3500
